Job summary

Avanta Works in Sharjah invites applications for a CNC Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.

We welcome candidates with a High School Diploma and prior CNC exposure; reading blueprints and basic mathematics are helpful. Training is provided for those with minimal experience, and safety is a priority on site.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced CNC Operator to join our production team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce parts with precision and accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications and requirements.
• Load and unload parts from the machine as needed.
• Monitor the machine’s performance during the cutting process.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality assurance purposes.
• Troubleshoot any problems that may arise while using the machine.
• Make necessary adjustments to keep the machine running smoothly and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times when working with machinery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education level is required.
• Previous experience in working with CNC machines is preferred but not essential – we are ready to consider a foreigner with minimal work experience.
