GF Corys Piping Factory L.L.C O.P.C is seeking an ITI-qualified CNC operator with at least 2 years of relevant experience in plastic materials or manufacturing. The role involves CNC milling, G Code programming, reading Isometrics and 2D drawings, and performing tool changes.

You will work in a team to meet deadlines, fabricate piping products by Butt Fusion, Electro Fusion, Infra-Red Welding, and other methods, and maintain production documentation while ensuring safe operation of CNC machinery

Qualifications

• ITI qualification with 2+ years CNC operation experience, preferably in plastic materials or manufacturing.
• Ability to read Isometrics and 2D drawings and determine work required.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Good creative skill.

Responsabilités

• Operate and program CNC milling machines using G Code.
• Produce outputs per specifications and perform tool changes.
• Examine drawings to determine work requirements and fabricate piping products.
• Maintain production documentation and ensure safe operations of CNC and other power tools.
• Fabricate piping products using Butt Fusion, Electro Fusion, Infra-Red Welding, and related methods.
