Job summary

A global consumer goods company is looking for an experienced insights professional to drive consumer-led growth through data analysis. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Enable consumer- and shopper-led growth for Arabia by turning retail audit, household panel, brand equity and shopper data into clear commercial actions—partnering closely with CBD and Business Groups. This role blends performance diagnostics, opportunity spotting, and story telling, with a strong emphasis on training and capability building for CD teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in CMI/Insights/Analytics (FMCG preferred), working hands‑on with retail audit and household panel data to produce commercial recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple sources (retail audit, panel, brand equity, shopper studies) and tell a crisp story that moves stakeholders to action.
  • Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and visualization (e.g., Power BI/Tableau); comfort with large datasets and quality checks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with Sales/CBD; confident presenting to senior audiences and facilitating training.
  • English fluency, Arabic is a plus.
Preferred
  • Experience with NIQ/Nielsen and Kantar Worldpanel suites; Numerator shopper insights.
  • Exposure to pricing/NRM and promo effectiveness; familiarity with JBP cycles and perfect store frameworks.
  • Background supporting e‑commerce/value formats and H&B channels.
