Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across multiple properties within the assigned cluster
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts in the leisure sector
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
  • Manage the sales budget and forecast revenue for the cluster
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's leisure offerings and unique selling points
  • Implement and monitor CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with other cluster managers to share best practices and align with overall company objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality or leisure industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a multi-property environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Negotiation skills and experience in contract management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of the leisure travel market and current industry trends
  • Experience in budget management and revenue forecasting
  • Experience working with international markets and diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Experience with yield management and revenue optimization techniques
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meeting
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
