Job summary

Aldar Education, a leading UAE school group, is seeking a Senior Manager - Operations to oversee all operations, administration and support services for a cluster of charter schools in the UAE. You will coordinate with ADEK and Aldar Education HQ to implement policies, ensure service levels and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep knowledge of HSE, budgeting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related subject is required.
• Related industry qualification is preferred.
• Certificate of School Business Management / Facilities Management / NEBOSH or IOSH preferable.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior level position within education or service-oriented industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between ADEK and Aldar Education for Operations as the single point of contact for the cluster.
• Lead operations, administration and support services across the cluster(s).
• Advise on operational, financial, HSE and regulatory compliance matters.
• Develop and implement policies, systems and safeguarding measures with HQ.
• Oversee recruitment, training and development of staff within the cluster.
• Ensure adherence to governance, audits and cost efficiencies.
• Drive health, safety and environmental culture across the cluster.
