Job summary

Hilton Dubai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the hotel's HR function, shaping people strategy and ensuring exceptional guest service through people. You will oversee recruiting, training, compensation, benefits and compliance to maintain a premier hospitality experience.

The role focuses on fostering engagement, guiding labor relations, and building a high-performing HR team through coaching and development in a dynamic hotel environment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive HR leadership experience in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment, learning, compensation, benefits, safety and labor relations.

• Foster team member engagement: Lead employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture
• Manage HR systems and compliance: Oversee team member data management, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims
• Lead and develop the team: Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team
