Job summary

Minor Hotels in Dubai seeks a Cluster Government Relation Manager to oversee visa processing for employees and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration rules. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to coordinate with government authorities.

You will manage filings, monitor permits and licenses, support hotel management with approvals, and adapt to fast-paced, luxury hotel operations at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Government Relation Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of all types of visas for employees and entertainers
• Liaise with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, DED, etc.)
• Monitor renewal of permits and licenses (hotel trade, liquor, chamber certificates, civil defense)
• Stay up to date with changes to laws, forms, and procedures
• Submit documents to immigration/labour offices for cancellations or absences
• Manage exit formalities for departing employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Support hotel management with government-related approvals and inspections
