We at KN are looking for a Cluster Air Logistics Development Manager responsible for ensuring the growth of the company by maximizing existing business and the development of new business via pricing, sales support, airfreight products, and customer support strategies. Trains, guides, mentors and motivates Airfreight personnel within the development and pricing structures. Develops, implements, and, when needed, renders sales and service support functions for targeted markets and programs.

How you create impact

• Lead trade lane development, manage regional routing and pricing structures, and oversee RFQs / MSRs to optimize cost and competitiveness.
• Drive the development of specialized air logistics verticals (e.g., Aerospace, Healthcare), identify new business opportunities, and grow market share.
• Collaborate with sales teams to fuel air logistics growth, support national and cluster-level customer presentations, and steer lead conversion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, implement retention strategies, and oversee processes that enhance service delivery and minimize operational risks.
• Coordinate with country offices and carriers to boost air logistics capabilities, promote efficient carrier utilization, and support business implementation globally.
• Mentor cluster air logistics teams, unify efforts across regions, and travel internationally to represent and elevate the cluster’s logistics agenda.
