Cluster Accounts Payable Supervisor

You will play a key role in managing the Accounts Payable function across our hotel and residences. You will ensure that all supplier invoices are processed accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with IHG policies and financial controls. You will also support the Finance leadership team in driving efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration within the department.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

  • Supervise and coordinate the Accounts Payable process across multiple entities within the cluster.
  • Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approvals in accordance with IHG and local policies.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process payments, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and internal controls.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all payable transactions.
  • Support monthly closing activities by preparing relevant schedules and reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to handle queries and ensure excellent working relationships.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external financial standards.
  • Train, guide, and supervise Accounts Payable team members.
What we need from you
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within the hospitality industry; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in hotel accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
