The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations, scalability, and security. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in cloud platforms and a passion for driving innovation in cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor cloud environments and implement proactive measures to prevent service disruptions.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to design and deploy scalable cloud solutions.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards across cloud operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage costs effectively.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud infrastructure and operational procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Automate routine tasks and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A background in Cloud technology and experience with transforming and implementing cloud operating models for enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading the design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes and developing transformation roadmaps.
• Experience designing Operating models and helping customer transition towards a Cloud First organization, processes and culture.
• Strong familiarity with platform and / or product team composition and operationalization.
• Knowledge of and experience in designing and building cloud operating model functional organizational components (e.g. Cloud Business Office, Cloud Security, Cloud Operations, Data, Analytics & AI, Product Management and Engineering).
