Job summary

Google Dubai is seeking an experienced Application Security Consultant to join Google Cloud, Mandiant Consulting. The role focuses on assessing Web, API, and Mobile applications, identifying vulnerabilities, and guiding clients through remediation.

You will craft comprehensive reports for technical and executive audiences, mentor staff, and contribute to tool development and security research as part of a global security team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in three of the listed security areas.
• Experience delivering reporting and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with OS security across Windows/Linux or other OS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments of Web, API, and Mobile apps identifying vulnerabilities using industry-standard methodologies (WSTG, MAAS, OWASP).
• Discover critical vulnerabilities and weaponize them when needed.
• Expand capabilities through tool creation and threat research; share knowledge internally.
• Develop reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences; advise customers at senior levels.
• Lead scoping and mentoring on engagements from kickoff through remediation.
