Job summary

IQVIA in Abu Dhabi is seeking an onsite full-time Clinical Trials Support specialist to help deliver safe, timely and compliant trials at hospital level. You will coordinate participant visits, manage documentation and data entry, and assist with trial logistics under the Clinical Trials Research Coordinator's guidance.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, adherence to GCP and UAE requirements, and proactive communication with investigators and study teams.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, academic research or a regulated environment requiring accurate records and coordination.
Experience supporting clinical trials or regulated data/document management.
Diploma in nursing, allied health, biomedical sciences, or healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

Prepare study files, logs, materials, equipment and training records; arrange site initiation activities.
Assist with pre-screening, recruitment, schedule visits and coordinate tests.
Create and maintain source documents, CRFs/eCRFs, visit logs and trackers.
Report potential adverse events or deviations and prepare records for monitoring.
Maintain calendars, circulate updates and liaise with investigators and hospital staff.
Coordinate sample shipments, supplies, storage and archiving.
Complete GCP training and follow updated procedures.
