SSMC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to join the social work team. You will assist patients and families with psychosocial, environmental, financial, and emotional issues by conducting psychosocial assessments and delivering targeted interventions to improve quality of living.

Responsibilities include prioritizing caseloads, supervising junior staff, maintaining thorough clinical records, advocating for patients in care planning, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
• Postgraduate degree in Social Work (e.g. Masters or higher)

Responsabilidades

• Assists patients, families and significant others with psychosocial assessments and interventions to enhance quality of living.
• Prioritizes caseloads and manages workload in the specialist area.
• Maintains high standards of clinical record keeping and data entry.
• Advocates for patients and families in planning care.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to provide services.
