Qualifications

• Previous experience with direct patient care in a medical/healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages workload allocation within the specialist area and prioritizes caseloads.
• Supervises junior staff and enforces department policies.
• Handles high-stress, emotionally demanding situations with sustained concentration.
