Responsibilities

  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain full compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, ensuring all educational activities meet legal and ethical requirements.
  • Staff Coordination and Leadership: Supervise and mentor clinical educators, trainers, and staff. Promote professional development, effective communication, and teamwork within the team.
  • Program Assessment and Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of educational initiatives through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Identify gaps and implement targeted improvements.
  • Continuing Education Management: Organize workshops, seminars, and other professional development opportunities to ensure clinical staff are up to date with the latest medical knowledge and practices.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Leaders: Partner with medical and clinical leadership to assess training needs and develop appropriate educational solutions for emerging clinical challenges.
  • Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and monitor the education department budget to optimize resource allocation and program impact.
