Job summary

SEHA is seeking a Diploma-trained nurse to deliver high-quality patient care under supervision. The role focuses on patient-centred assessments, daily living activities, and timely documentation in line with organisational policies.

The successful candidate will demonstrate service excellence, communicate effectively with the care team, and participate in education for staff and students while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma of nursing with not less than 18 months course duration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients.
• Assess and implement nursing care under supervision with patient-centred approach.
• Assist in activities of daily living per patient care plan, e.g. meals distribution and hygiene assistance.
• Demonstrate service excellence and advocate for patients' dignity and rights.
• Document observations and care and inform the Registered Nurse.
• Respond to emergencies according to BE policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to education of new staff and nursing students.
