Job summary

American Hospital Dubai is seeking a Nurse Education Specialist to assess, plan, implement and evaluate learning and development programs for assigned nursing units in collaboration with the Nursing Manager.

You will optimise clinical competence, provide bedside teaching and act as a resource to other units to support accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates learning and development programs for assigned nursing units in collaboration with the area Nursing Manager and Nursing Department to ensure the competence and ongoing development of staff to support the American Hospital Dubai, mission and goals, and to meet Joint Commission International Accreditation Standards.
• Optimises clinical competence of nursing staff utilizing bedside teaching and acts as a resource to other nursing units as required.
