Job summary

Mediclinic Group in Dubai seeks a Clinical Education Specialist to support and guide the development of employee clinical competence, ensuring licensure requirements are met and training programs align with regulatory standards.

You will design, deliver and evaluate learning interventions, maintain documentation of outcomes, and work with nursing staff to advance clinical teaching and learning practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Licensed as a registered nurse/midwife with the relevant healthcare authority.
• Minimum of 5 years general and/or specialised clinical nursing experience.
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in a healthcare clinical education setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees.
• Design and develop learning and development interventions that address learning needs.
• Deliver planned training programmes and development activities in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions.
• Document and report learning outcomes, progress and impact of development initiatives.

Main Purpose of Job

To support and guide the development of employee clinical competence including compliance with licensure requirements through the design facilitation and assessment of various clinical learning and development programmes and deliver training interventions that will enable clinical licensing for clinical employees in line with regulatory requirements

• Deliver planned training programmes and development activities in alignment with regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Monitor evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions

Required Education

Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Nursing

Licensed as a registered nurse/ midwife with the relevant healthcare authority

Required Experience

Minimum of 5 years general and/or specialised clinical nursing experience
