Qualifications

• Master's degree in biostatistics or closely related field.
• Minimum 4 years of statistical analysis experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience managing large datasets in a healthcare environment.
• Advanced proficiency with SAS or R.
• Knowledge of logistic regression, time-to-event (survival), and observational data analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design of clinical research studies.
• Write biostatistical analysis plans for research proposals and internal grants.
• Calculate sample size and power.
• Manage, analyze, and interpret study data and results.
• Contribute to study publications.
• Educate research team members in statistical methods and study design.
