Job summary

American Hospital Dubai is seeking a Clinical Audit Lead to develop and monitor the hospital's clinical audit program. The role involves collaborating with medical teams, implementing audit plans, and ensuring audits meet DHA requirements.

The candidate will build data collection tools, validate data, and generate reports with dashboards to identify compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in quality or related field; 3 years additional experience.
• CPHQ, Auditing or Data Analysis.
• Clinical experience in healthcare setting.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a clinical audit plan in collaboration with medical and clinical disciplines and assists in monitoring key aspects.
• Facilitates implementation of clinical audit programs/plans and ensures audits are completed on time.
• Develops data collection tools and validates collected data.
• Conducts research on treatment protocols and guidelines to assess safety and efficacy.
• Performs audits of medical records to identify documentation gaps or errors.
• Completes required DHA clinical audits within designated timeframe per DHA guidelines.
• Maintains a comprehensive database of audit results and generates insights and dashboards.
• Conducts training sessions on clinical audit for healthcare professionals.
