Clinical Application Specialist, Critical Care (MEA Region)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Application Specialist – Critical Care to serve as a key ambassador for Getinge across the MEA region. Based in Dubai, this role supports cardiology, cardiopulmonary, cardiac surgery, and ICU call points—leading therapy development initiatives in close collaboration with our commercial teams.

The position is responsible for clinical education, therapy expansion, KOL engagement, and the adaptation of product features and indications to regional needs. You will drive the introduction of therapies into new markets, strengthen existing therapy utilization, and support the development of simulation trainings and reference centers across MEA.

This role requires strong clinical expertise, hands‑on experience in the medical/paramedical field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with internal teams, area managers, and key opinion leaders. Fluency in French and the flexibility to travel extensively are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Features, Benefits, and Indication adaptation on related critical care products across MEA.
  • Liaise and follow up with the Commercial Operations and Area Managers on all agreed actions related to Key Opinion Leader.
  • Lead the therapy development activities related to various call points.
  • Drive the planning and introduction of existing therapies in new markets or undeveloped therapies in existing markets.
  • Develop our Key Opinion Leader activities across the region.
  • Monitor and evaluate the local; international congresses and events (in the corresponding call points).
  • Monitor and ensure the execution of customer action plans.
  • Liaise and follow up with Commercial Operations director and commercial team on development of clinical activities in various training/reference centers across the region.
  • Plan and follow up; together with the commercial team; on development of various simulation training courses across the region.
Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
  • Degree/certification in any medical field.
  • Previous experience in Anesthesia is preferred.
  • 6+ years of practice in the medical/paramedical field.
  • Fluent in French Language is a Must.
  • Strong marketing knowledge and expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to extensively travel through the MEA region.
