About the Clinic

The Role

The Front of House Executive will act as the first point of contact for patients while also supporting the clinic’s digital presence. This unique role blends classic guest relations with modern communication, making it ideal for someone with front-of-house polish and a creative flair for social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, warm, and discreet welcome to all patients and visitors.
• Manage reception duties including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and client enquiries.
• Oversee the presentation of front-of-house and waiting areas, ensuring a luxury atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Support patient communications, including follow-up calls and reminders.
• Create and manage engaging social media content in line with the clinic’s brand voice and aesthetics.
• Assist with digital marketing tasks including posts, stories, and basic content creation.
• Ensure all communications reflect the clinic’s standards of confidentiality, service, and elegance.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience working in a cosmetic or aesthetic clinic (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic and/or Russian an advantage).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Professional presentation suited to a luxury medical environment.
• Experience managing or supporting social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Familiarity with clinic management software is an advantage (Pabau or similar).
• A discreet, patient-focused approach and passion for aesthetics and wellness.
• Exposure to luxury medical aesthetics and the chance to build social media/marketing skills in a high-end setting.
