The Client Solutions Manager - Retail & eCommerce is an expert in TikTok's performance and branding solutions for retail and ecommerce clients across the GCC, particularly in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on industries such as fashion, electronics, furniture, beauty, and lifestyle retail. The CSM acts as a strategic partner to advertisers, supporting them across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, while ensuring scalable campaign execution, robust measurement frameworks, and actionable insights that drive sales and long‑term growth. You will collaborate with Client Partners to design end‑to‑end strategies, manage campaign operations, and optimize performance across web and app channels. A strong understanding of web tracking, campaign optimizations, A / B testing, and measurement setup, is critical for success in this role.
