Handle client feedback and complaints gracefully, ensuring prompt resolution.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

Requirements : Previous experience as a hostess, client relations officer, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

English language is a must, additional languages is an advantage.
