The Client Service Executive receives and responds to client inquiries and requests.

Essential Job Functions:

• Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints.
• Resolve issues related to orders, delivery dates, or service.
• Address client complaints by determining the cause, explaining the best solution, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Extended sitting or standing and use of standard office equipment may be required.
