Role Overview:

Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients within the organization’s real estate portfolio. The role focuses on service excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship management — not sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for HNW clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships to enhance client experience and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (leasing, legal, operations, finance) to resolve client queries and deliver seamless service.
  • Provide accurate information and advice on property matters and portfolio updates.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years’ experience in real estate or property management, preferably managing HNW or VIP clients.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market and client service standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and customer-focused; bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
