About the Role

Unique Property is hiring Client Managers specializing in the Secondary Market. They will be responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on market analysis and identification of the latest trends. The ideal candidate should have experience of at least one year in secondary sales in Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Provide property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends, and identify their needs and preferences.
  • Generate leads (buyers and/or sellers) in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Promote sales through advertisement channels, open houses, events, etc.
  • Ensure that property listings are posted with genuine information about location, features, square footage, etc., and that listings comply with all necessary regulations.
  • Plan and conduct property viewings to present to potential buyers or to acquire potential sellers.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the secondary property value.
  • Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
  • Follow proper documentation processes for every transaction to ensure full compliance with UAE real estate market rules and regulations.
  • Stay updated with market trends and conditions and counsel clients on all property-related matters, prices and mortgage opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and suggest new and innovative ideas for lead generation.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, and review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Be involved in the preparation of loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive and consistent support throughout the entire sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai Secondary Market preferred.
  • UAE driving license and a car is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with both sellers and buyers.
  • Experience in sales or understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work independently with great dedication.
  • Confident decision maker with a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.).
  • Team player.
