Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an engineer to build AI-powered applications and agentic workflows that solve real business problems. You will work with clients to translate ambiguous needs into practical digital solutions and scalable production systems.

You will design, implement, and deploy AI-enabled apps, integrating data pipelines, APIs, and observability into robust product delivery. This role emphasizes collaboration, rapid prototyping, and measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Production-grade software experience, ideally including AI-powered apps.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and related tooling.
• Experience with agentic workflows, orchestration, and tool usage in production.
• Familiarity with graph-based orchestration, state machines, and multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to translate objectives into clear requirements and delivery plans.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, APIs, and full-stack products.
• Build the infrastructure surrounding AI models, including prompts, tools, and observability.
• Develop agent loops for planning, tool selection, execution, observation, reflection, and termination.
• Create evaluation frameworks and testing strategies to measure quality, latency, and cost.
• Build proofs of concept and transform them into production-ready systems.
• Connect AI solutions to client systems and cloud platforms while ensuring compatibility.
