Job responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee client experiences during international and local events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service standards aligned with Louis Vuitton’s brand values.
- Support with gifting operations, including dispatch, tracking, and post‑invoicing follow‑up to leverage the impact of gifting.
- Ensure sanctions screening is completed for all clients and guests participating in any out‑of‑store events, in full compliance.
- Collect client nominations from stores for both local and international events, maintaining an accurate and updated client database.
- Support stores in scheduling bridges and experiences outside the store and facilitate communication between store teams, Client Development and PCR to deliver exclusive client moments.
- Prepare client invitations, manage RSVPs, and compile guest lists.
- Generate qualitative and quantitative reports (client nomination, event metrics, feedback, business impact).
- Assist in the development and execution of the PCR strategy at the regional level, aligned with global guidelines.
Profile
- Strong commercial mindset with high‑end luxury orientation.
- Excellent organisational and project‑management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, solution‑driven.
- Fluent in English; additional language(s) (Arabic, French, etc.) is advantageous.
