Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Pharmacy Storekeeper to ensure sufficient store supplies are available for patient care and to support inpatient and outpatient units.

You will monitor stock levels, conduct monthly cycle counts for inventory accuracy, manage stock receipts, keep the store clean, and resolve stock queries from internal stakeholders, with UAE Emiratization preferences.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification (Grade 12)
• Relevant pharmacy store experience in a healthcare pharmacy setting
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of medical consumables
• Medical terminology
• Numerical literacy
• Stock taking principles and procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient distribution of medical consumables to Inpatient and Outpatient units according to requisitions to ensure optimal patient care and safety
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient supply is available and perform monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained
• Manage the stock receiving process for the business unit store, including unpacking and organising of stock as per company standard
