Job summary

Binance is seeking a Payments Investigator to join our global operations in the UAE, focusing on investigations of transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and returned payments while ensuring security and compliance.

You will work as an individual contributor, collaborate with payment providers and banking partners, and be comfortable with rotating night shifts. This remote-first role offers growth within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant experience in payment investigations (bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, returned payments).
• Experience handling payment providers or banking partners.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor.
• Willing to work rotating shifts/night shifts.
• Strong communication and investigation skills.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, e-wallet, or banking operations is preferred.
