The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning, a valid UAE driving license, and willingness to travel between sites. Hindi or Nepali language skills are a plus, with flexibility for early or late shifts.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or housekeeping
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Ability to speak Hindi or Nepali (basic English is a plus)
• Physically fit and willing to travel across sites
• Flexible with work hours, including early morning or late evening shifts

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely completion and quality of cleaning activities
• Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns
• Train and monitor cleaners for performance and compliance
