• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to prepare daily work schedules and monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
