REAPHR is seeking dedicated cleaners to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within our top-class restaurant in Al Ain / Abu Dhabi.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of hospitality cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently or in a team. Visa, medical, accommodation and meals are provided.

The role includes daily cleaning of guest areas, restocking supplies, following safety procedures, and contributing to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven experience in housekeeping/cleaning within hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using standard cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Basic health, safety and sanitation practices in hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Restock amenities, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies in a timely manner.
• Follow standardized cleaning procedures and checklists for consistency and safety.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Handle and dispose of waste and hazardous materials per guidelines.
• Maintain organized storage areas for tools and supplies.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and window cleaning.
• Collaborate with team to meet cleaning targets during peak occupancy.
• Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and guest confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, elevators, and public areas.
• Restock and replenish all guest amenities, linens, towels, and cleaning supplies in a timely and organized manner.
• Follow standardized cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions promptly to the supervisor or housekeeping manager.
• Handle and dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to environmental and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning tools, chemicals, and supplies.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing, window cleaning, and upholstery care as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning targets and support peak occupancy periods.
