Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai seeks a Class leader for baby and toddler activities to run our three programs: Infant Sensory, Young Child Feelings, and Mini Professors. You will lead sessions, prepare materials, and manage bookings with guidance from the handbook.

Ideal candidates speak excellent English, are energetic and communicative, and may have background in drama teaching, dance, or cabin crew. This is a full-time role with a monthly salary of AED 5,000–7,000.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, bubbly personality.
• Previous experience: drama teacher, dancing instructor, former cabin crew may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes for babies 0–13 months and children 1–3 years (and science classes 3–5 years).
• Prepare lessons and materials using provided handbooks.
• Prepare untidy play workshops.
• Manage reservations and attendance.
• Handle inquiries and complaints; assist with emails, social media, and marketing tasks as needed.

Class leader for baby/toddler activities

Our firm offers three programs that sustain the discovering as well as growth in children and young kids: Child Sensory (courses for infants 0-13months), Young child Feeling (classes for young children) and Mini Professors (science classes for kids in between 3-5 years of ages) - during the courses youngsters are come with by moms and dads or an adult caregiver. The role entails

• periodically handling customers, inquiries, problems and complaints
