Job summary

Allianz Partners in Dubai is seeking a Claims Payment Processor to support healthcare claims payments, reporting, and reconciliation in a fast-paced, multilingual environment. You will collaborate with payers, providers, and clients to ensure accurate processing, timely reporting, and strict adherence to internal controls.

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting background, at least two years of experience in payments or transaction processing, and strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, claims payments, or transaction processing.
  • Experience within a TPA, insurance environment, healthcare provider, hospital, medical center, or BPO operation will be highly valued.
  • Experience using accounting or financial management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send processed claims reports to payers within agreed turnaround times.
  • Process provider payments and EFTs accurately and on schedule.
  • Record and reconciling financial transactions with supporting documentation.
  • Monitor transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Support monthly account reconciliations and journal entry postings.
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized financial records and provide accurate information when required.
  • Build professional relationships with internal stakeholders, insurers, providers, and clients.
  • Ensure all accounting deadlines and reporting requirements are met consistently.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Embrace AI: leverage data-driven insights responsibly within governance and security standards.

What you do

As a Claims Payment Processor, you will be responsible for managing critical payment and reporting processes that support our healthcare claims operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and sending processed claims reports to payers within agreed turnaround times.
  • Processing provider payments and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) accurately and on schedule.
  • Recording and reconciling financial transactions while ensuring appropriate supporting documentation is maintained.

What you bring
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
