Partner with the best

As a Cladding Technician you will carry out cladding on machined parts to a high degree of quality. You\'ll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.

Responsibilities
  • Joining and fabricating metal and other well-head products through applying appropriate welding techniques.
  • Interpreting blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process to ensure a standard of quality.
  • Cladding wellhead equipment of varying size, shapes, thicknesses, including dissimilar metals to ensure quality finish.
  • Setting up, monitoring and operating multiple machines simultaneously to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
  • Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Conducting safety and risk assessment and preparing preventive and proactive measures to identify potential hazards.
Qualifications
  • Have a Diploma with minimum of 5 years of cladding experience.
  • Be familiar with Fronius or ARC machine (preferred).
  • Have a good technical knowledge of welding procedures and welding processes.
  • Have experience in working with ERP System (Oracle or SAP) and Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to perform defect-free cladding using Cladding rig systems. Demonstrate the ability to set up troch and part. Be able to complete bores, ring grooves and complex features.
  • Have experience in Cladding of API 6A Christmas tree products.
  • Be able to read and understand engineering drawings and create weld maps. Be able to understand and fill quality documents requirements. Able to work with team, teamwork and hard working.
