Job summary

Astra Engineering & Construction is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to manage on-site civil activities for an Oil & Gas EPC project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strict adherence to ADNOC HSE standards and project specifications, with a focus on site coordination and quality control.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of Civil Construction experience in Oil & Gas, including ADNOC Onshore exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of Civil Construction experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Previous experience on ADNOC Onshore projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at site.
• Supervise excavation earthworks foundations piling concrete works rebar formwork grouting masonry and other civil activities.
• Review IFC drawings and identify technical site discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements project specifications and international standards.
• Conduct site inspections toolbox meetings and construction coordination meetings.
• Support punch-list clearance testing commissioning and project closeout activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly construction progress reports.
