A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional for a full-time role in pipeline construction. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in piping projects within the oil and gas sector, along with mandatory ADNOC project experience. Strong skills in structural analysis software, site coordination, and knowledge of design codes are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in piping & pipeline projects within the oil & gas sector.
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience in pipeline construction.
• Knowledge of design codes: AISC BS IS Eurocode.
• Excellent site coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Structural analysis software and drafting.
• Ensure design drawings comply with project specifications.
• Review and approve shop drawings and fabrication plans.
• Provide technical guidance during erection and installation.
• Coordination with subcontractors for work priorities and deliveries.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Structural analysis software and Drafting: AutoCAD Tekla Structures.
• Knowledge of design codes: AISC BS IS Eurocode.
• Ensure design drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings and fabrication plans.
• Preparation of T.Q method statement and MAR.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection methods.
• Provide technical guidance during erection and installation.
• Coordination with fabricators and subcontractors for their T.Q work priorities and deliveries.
