Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled Civil Finishing Engineer to manage finishing and interior works for luxury villa projects. You will supervise a range of finishes, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of relevant experience, a degree in Civil Engineering, and a valid UAE driving license. This role is ideally suited for those currently residing in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finishing works for luxury villas in the UAE or GCC region.
• Proven interior and finishing experience in private villa projects.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of high-end materials and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all finishing works including marble, woodwork, joinery, and painting.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and subcontractors for project execution.

• Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to design and quality standards, and maintain high workmanship levels.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to prevent delays and rework.
