The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years in customer service, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, including generating quotations.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or civil engineering.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and technical documents.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and local leads, inquiries and RFQ requests by email and phone.
• Support the sales process including qualification, relationship building, needs assessment, solution development and closing opportunities.
• Proactively engage with customers and build rapport through friendly and professional communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and record customer interactions.
• Develop accounts, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
