About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer (UAE National) to support the planning, supervision, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of civil engineering principles, site coordination, and quality control. You will ensure all works meet design specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations while collaborating closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
• Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Review drawings, technical plans, and material submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Prepare project documentation including daily reports, progress updates, and inspection logs.
• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to achieve project goals within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Stay updated on industry codes, construction materials, and local authority regulations.

Requirements

• UAE National with F (Emirati nationality required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or infrastructure projects (fresh graduates with internship experience will also be considered).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or similar engineering software.
