Job summary

Gadiyar Engineering Consultant in Dubai seeks a Civil Engineer – Engineering Consultant to lead design and review of civil/structural projects. You will coordinate with architectural, MEP, and structural teams, prepare specifications, and ensure compliance with UAE codes.

The role includes site supervision, quality control, and contractor coordination to maintain schedule, budget, and technical integrity across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Strong command of civil/structural design principles.
• Proficiency with CAD and engineering software.
• Ability to review drawings and coordinate disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop civil/structural designs per project requirements.
• Review drawings from architectural, structural, MEP, and civil coordination disciplines.
• Prepare technical specifications, design calculations and engineering reports.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE codes and authority requirements.
• Review contractor drawings and calculations; coordinate with other disciplines.
• Inspect site works and monitor progress against drawings and specs.
• Maintain project quality, cost and schedule objectives.
