Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a civil engineer to support the Senior Engineer in all civil works for a healthcare facility. You will coordinate with engineers, supervisors and end users to ensure compliance with approved policies, safety, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include planning and design inputs, reviewing drawings, site investigations, and preparing calculations. This role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience and is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• Required: 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
• Desired: Experience in a large healthcare facility

Responsibilities

• Providing inputs to the department, on planning and designing of all civil works
• Reviewing design specifications, blueprints and other technical drawings; researching suitable solutions, making models and prototypes of products
• Liaising with the consultants and contractors, then participating with the approval of correct drawings
• Reviewing design specifications, blueprints and other technical drawings
• Investigating sites to work out the most suitable foundation for a proposed construction
• Producing detailed designs and documentation for the construction and implementation of civil engineering projects
• Preparing engineering calculations required for the design of projects and supervising the drafting
• Managing and monitoring day to day activities of the department
