Job summary

Workato is seeking a Civil Engineer to design, plan, supervise, and execute construction projects in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The role offers a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month and potential immigrant position.

The candidate will work on projects like roads, bridges, tunnels, and dams, with responsibilities including cost estimates, system installations, and site supervision. English fluency and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in design and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Develop design criteria for civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, dams etc.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor or other related costs.
• Plan procedures for the installation of systems such as water supply systems or sewage disposal systems.
• Supervise the construction of civil engineering projects such as sewage treatment plants or roads.
