Client of Hudson Manpower is seeking experienced Civil Engineers in the UAE for high-voltage Transmission Line Projects. The role requires executing and supervising construction activities, managing various tasks like foundation works and tower erection.

Candidates must have a B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering and experience in transmission lines. Strong communication skills are essential, and immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with 220 kV, 380 kV, 400 kV transmission lines.
• Proven expertise in Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL) execution.
• Ability to join immediately or within 30 days.

We are currently hiring Civil Engineers for a leading EPC organization involved in high-voltage Transmission Line Projects in the UAE.

Location: UAE

Qualification: Diploma, B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a regular college.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil construction activities for 220 kV / 400 kV Transmission Line Projects.
• Manage foundation works, piling, tower erection and stringing activities.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, engineering standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and QA/QC personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and monitor project schedules.
• Support material planning, resource allocation, and site logistics.

Competent Person (CP) – Civil

• Client‑approved Competent Person by ADNOC / TAQA.
• Experience working with 220 kV, 380 kV, 400 kV, 500 kV, or 765 kV transmission lines is essential.
• Proven expertise in the execution of Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in pile foundation work is an added advantage.
• Must be able to join immediately or within 30 days.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Practical experience in managing on‑site activities, contractors, and civil teams.

General Requirements

• Strong experience in Transmission Line Civil Works (PHONE_NUMBER kV).
• Hands‑on expertise in foundation works, tower erection, and stringing.
• Knowledge of civil QA/QC standards and project coordination.
• Ability to manage contractors, timelines, and site execution.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
