Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Dubai. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering plans and drawings for infrastructure, land development, and utility projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing technical calculations, supporting stormwater and drainage design, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors, and preparing technical reports and specifications. The role also involves participating in project planning, monitoring progress, assisting with site visits and inspections, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with project teams to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions within defined timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to develop and review detailed plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience working as a Civil Engineer on infrastructure or land development projects, demonstrating strong technical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Planning skills, including the ability to support project scheduling, resource coordination, and design integration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related hydrology/hydraulic design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional certification or eligibility for registration is an advantage.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent) and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively in diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment
