Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery — design coordination, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
• Supervise teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Oversee procurement and logistics, including international sourcing when applicable.
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and cost control documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with proven record managing steel structure and mixed-use developments.
• Holder of Unlimited Construction License preferred; G+4 minimum acceptable.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with military or government infrastructure standards is advantageous.
