Job summary

ArchirodonGroup is seeking a Draftsman to join our team for projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will produce detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD, supporting our Engineers in delivering high-quality projects for ADNOC.

We're looking for candidates with 3–5 years of experience, especially those with a background in oil & gas and infrastructure projects. Joining Archirodon means being part of a globally recognized EPC leader committed to impactful projects and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Operator/Draftsman.
• Experience in oil & gas, marine, jetty, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Experience in ADNOC is an additional advantage.

• Produce detailed structural models and construction drawings.

What you will need to do

To prepare and maintain accurate 2D and 3D drawings for the ADNOC Project, support the engineering team with drafting requirements, and ensure all drawings are updated and compliant with project specifications.

• Prepare and develop 2D and 3D engineering drawings/models using AutoCAD and related drafting software.
• Produce detailed structural models, construction, fabrication, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes and revisions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers.

Support the engineering team with drafting and design-related activities throughout the project.

What you will need to have

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Operator/Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D drafting including SP3D.
• Experience in oil & gas, marine, jetty, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Experience in ADNOC is additional advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
