Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in direct hire construction with an international oil & gas EPC company.
• Experience in managing subcontractors.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct field personnel and subcontractors to ensure project completion on schedule.
• Verify Subcontractor’s execution plan for alignment with project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Contract and Petrofac Management System requirements.
• Monitor implementation of quality control inspections for construction works.
